President

Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe

Anthony “Tony” Reider has served as the President of the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe since August 2010. Prior to being elected as President of the Tribe, Mr. Reider owned a plumbing service company in Trent, South Dakota from 2006 to May 2011. Mr. Reider worked as a plumber continuously between 1997 and 2011. Mr. Reider holds an associate of sciences degree in plumbing from Southwest Technical Institute in Jackson, Minnesota, which he earned in 1998.  Tony has ushered the Tribe, and its cannabis company, Native Nations Cannabis, into professional, well-run organizations that create economic opportunities on and off the Tribe’s Reservation.  Tony is credited with the development of financial services companies, Native Nations Cannabis, and online gaming enterprises, and has constructed a community center, clinic, nursing home, and several housing projects on the Reservation, including the renovation of the Royal River Casino and Hotel.

Chief Executive Officer

Accomplished Entrepreneur bringing 6 years of experience and has demonstrated successful history of leadership in the cannabis/hemp industry and specialized experience in cannabis/hemp manufacturing and brand development. Buster Isennock is a decisive and hardworking leader with in depth understanding of complex regulatory and compliant business issues and social equity policy.  

Buster Isennock is a member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe and graduate of Oglala Lakota College with a major in Business Administration. 

Chief Operating Officer

Jordan Kuusela's journey in cannabis embodies the epitome of dedication and growth. Starting in 2015 as a trimmer within the industry, Jordan's passion for the cannabis industry and relentless work ethic propelled her ascent through the ranks. With each step, she demonstrated an innate understanding of operations intricacies, coupled with a profound commitment to excellence. Over the years, Jordan honed her skills, from trimming and cultivation to retail and operations management, gaining invaluable insights into every aspect of the business. Today, as the Chief Operating Officer, she stands as a testament to perseverance and determination, spearheading initiatives that not only streamline processes but also foster a culture of innovation within the cannabis industry. Jordans journey serves as an inspiration to aspiring professionals, illustrating the transformative power of hard work and unwavering dedication.

Chief Administrative Officer

Gary Hill, MBA, is the Chief Administrative Officer with a strong foundation in business management and finance. Originally from Niagara Falls, NY, he now resides in North Tonawanda, NY. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration in Finance. With four years of experience in the cannabis industry, Gary has contributed to production, human resources, and accounting, bringing a well-rounded skill set to the field. A devoted family man, he cherishes time with his beautiful wife and four boys. Beyond his professional career, Gary is passionate about coaching youth hockey, instilling discipline and teamwork in young athletes. He lives by the words, "It's Better to Offer No Excuse Than a Bad One" and "Excuses or Success, The Choice is Yours," embodying a philosophy of accountability and determination in all aspects of life.
